“ Service was awesome. Server Robert B was Great! Team player for sure and hes such a jokester. I was having a really bad day but he really uplifted it. Happy holidays IHOP and Treat him right! RIGHT! THE FOOD lol. The food was great ! The wonka pancakes were super sweet however too sweet for me Good for kids or for those with a sweet tooth. WONKA burger was prettty good defitnetly recommend it. ”
“ I must be honest this location i was very reluctant too go due to negative reviews but Im a man of a firm believe in Dont knock it until you try it for yourself . This IHOP truly surprised me with great customer service from wait staff to servers and even management approaching me asking how was my experience and being very professional. The food was for lack of a better word Perfect i had the country fried steak with crispy hash and scrambled eggs plusva bonus of ihops butterly fluffy pancakes this brought back childhood memories. I highly recommend this location in the bronx and must say it is wonderful too see they havent lost there touch! ”
“ The atmosphere was very calming. The hostess was very pleasant and wore a bright big smile on our way in. Our waiter Amir was super attentive and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects and we appreciate the service we had. Even the manager was down to earth which was extremely refreshing , especially after my own long day, it was great to just feel relaxed and eat a meal Ive been anticipating there for a while now, and not once felt rushed as I knew myself they closed 1hr and half before we got there. The food was great, despite some of the bad reviews I saw prior to visiting I can say that it was Fresh and delicious, and hash browns are usually crispy so, if you want them on soft side just ask what your preferences are, they are there for you to feel comfy and enjoy your stay. I will recommend this place to anyone who has some time to sit, enjoy and relax to the great smooth music. Amir, thank you for being attentive to my friend with her diabetes. “ I found the place to be beautiful, spacious, and highly lively and organized. When my companions walked in, the vibe felt right and we were soon welcomed with anticipation for a good experience. Soon, the waiter allowed us time to come up with our orders. Within 10 minutes, the waiter took our orders and restated them for clarification. That is an excellent way to confirm and modify any changes. The waiter was worth it. When the food was presented, the plates were gorgeous. I had to take pictures of the dishes. The taste of the basil soup is sublime perfect. We had to settle down after our meal to catch up with events and other trivial matters in this cozy environment. My friends and I received one of the best customer service in this IHOP. ”
“ We all know ihop makes awesome breakfast. But the service here is what keeps the retention going! As soon as we walked in, we were immediately seated. Our server took our orders while also making suggestions of her own personal favorites. The facility was very clean, carpets were vacuumed, tables wiped down, the silverware were clean, etc. Parking here wasnt a problem. This is definitely my goto for breakfast when Im in the mood for some ihop! Guys keep up the great work! Your hard work does not go unnoticed! ”
“ I have to say I was pleasantly shocked. They stated out really good here. I got a seat almost instantly. Then it took about 15 20 minutes before my waitress came. But after that....they were on the fast track to success with me. My food came out pipping hot. It was delicious and taste really fresh. It was done the exact way I requested and my waitress and the wait staff turned out to be an alright group. Thank you IHOP for a great experience for the 1st time in awhile. ”
“ My omelette was on point. My food was nice and hot, both my dad and myself were very pleased. The staff were very courteous and very attentive. I had Winston as my server, he was a very pleasant person, I appreciate that he spoke to my dad in Spanish and spoke to me in English. The place has been around for quite sometime, there may be writing from crayons from kids, but that is a parents fault not the establishment, so that to me is cosmetic, my main concern is the food and staff, and all I can say is my dad cannot wait to go back! Sometimes society can be really hard on people and I only hope you continue to get good patrons who can appreciate and recognize the effort you guys do to accommodate those! Kudos to great customer service!!!! ”
